• 2005 – Now: Principal of Saigon International College (SIC). SIC is a government international school established between HCMC’s Department of Education and Training and WA’s Curriculum Council. 100% of teachers are from English speaking background. Students are to obtain WA Certificate of Education after finishing Year 12 and most of them go on to study colleges and universities in Australia.
• 2005 – Now: Principal of An Duong Vuong English Language and Education Training Centre, where students learn English courses for IELTS and TOEFL examinations and university entrance exams.
• 2004 – 8/2008: Vice Director of overseas studying service company CCT Co. Ltd (OSI Centre). CCT Co Ltd had established strong relationship and agency agreement with overseas institutions. After CCT Co Ltd is closed, all of these relationships and agreements are transferred to Dang Thanh Overseas Studying Co Ltd.
• 1995 – 2005: Principal of Le Hong Phong Highschool for the Gifted, which is the best highschool in the Southern region of Vietnam. During this period, Mr. Chau Dang had established an overseas study service centre within the school to help with recruitment of students for international study. The centre had become the core business for CCT Co Ltd, and later on become the current DTOSC.
• 1981 – 1995: Section Head at the HCMC’s Department of Education and Training, where he has established good and strong relationship with Principals of all 110 schools in HCMC. These relationships enable DSOSC to recruit more students to study internationally.

• 2004 – 8/2008: Director of CCT Co Ltd. Ms. Do has good business management skills in running a successful overseas studying company, which will help tremendously in setting up and running DTOSC.
